William B. Burton, 99, of Gladwin, passed away on Monday, December 13, 2021, at Mid-Michigan Medical Center, Midland. He was born on June 4, 1922, the son of Oscar and Eddie (Givens) Burton in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He has lived in Gladwin for 40 years, previously residing in Detroit. William loved to fish locally and across the country.
Left to cherish his memory are his friends: Stepahnie VanWezel, Michelle Eschenbacher, Donna J. Eschenbacher, Joyce Eschenbacher, and Michael Eschenbacher. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife: Dorothy, and special friend: Shawn VanWezel.
