Willia Finney

Willia H. Finney, 85, of Beaverton, Michigan, passed away on Friday, July 26, 2019, at Mid-Michigan Health, Midland. She was born the daughter of Clifford & Minnie (Wade) Hiett on May 11, 1934, in Sand Mountain, Alabama. On May 10, 1974, she was united in marriage to Leonard Finney in Clare. She was employed as a bus driver for Farwell and later Coleman School Districts until her retirement. She will always be remembered for the love of her faith and her family. Willia was a devout Christian. She was a member of the Beaverton Church of the Nazarene and Willia was always a leader among prayer circles. Her love of her family, was unique and endless. Her fondest memories always included taking care of her children and especially her grandchildren. Left to cherish her memory are her children: Scott Green of Cadillac, Nikki Kultala of St. Clair Shores, Steve Green of Florida, Todd (Baiba) Green of Gaylord, Leonard Finney of Beaverton; 12 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; brothers: Scott Hiett & Denny Hiett of Alabama; sister: Brendia Prince of Alabama; several nieces & nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, siblings: Wade, Clive, Joyce & Bobby. Memorial Services will be conducted on Saturday, September 14, 2019, 12:00 noon at the Beaverton Church of the Nazarene.
