Thomas Chopp

Thomas Michael Chopp, 77, of Kalkaska, Michigan passed away on April 16, 2020 in Kalkaska.  He was born on September 23, 1942 the son of John & Catherine Chopp in Warren, Michigan.  He married Penelope (Youles) on March 25, 1966 in Mt. Clemens.  Thomas was owner/operator of Tec-Enterprises Inc. in Kalkaska from 1987 until 2019.  He was a member of the Kalkaska Moose Lodge along with the American Legion in Berkley.  Surviving him along with his wife Penelope of Kalkaska are their children:  Eric (Lisa) Chopp of Kalkaska and Robyn (David) Chopp-Phillips of White Lake.  His children blessed him with three wonderful grandchildren Makaya Chopp and Fiancée Jakob Kares, Ein Michael, and Seth Chopp.  One precious great grandchild Presley. He was preceded in death by his parents; grandson: Seth; 3-sisters and 1-brother.  Cremation will take place.
