Sally Koontz, 62, of Temperance, passed away on April 9, 2022. She was born in Detroit on May 15, 1959, the daughter of Robert and Evelyn Phillips. On August 5, 1978 she was united in marriage to Jeffery Koontz in Ferndale, MI.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband: Jeffery Koontz; children: Derick Koontz, Heather Koontz, and Ashley Koontz; ten grandkids; several nieces and nephews; and sisters: Susan Frye, Tammy Lynn, Bonnie Hoover, and Lindsey Phillips.
Honoring her wishes cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time. Inurnment will be held at McClure Cemetery in Gladwin. Arrangements are in the care of Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home. www.hallkokotovichfuneralhome.com
