Ruth Ann Adams, 73, of Gladwin, Michigan passed away at her home on Monday, June 5, 2017. She was born in Beaverton, Michigan on December 26, 1943 the daughter of Harold & Florence (Wisner) Mitchell. In 1982 she was united in marriage to Gary Wayne Adams in Long Beach, California. They shared 24 wonderful years together before he predeceased her in 2006. She had lived in Gladwin County for most of her life, previously residing in Flint and California and she was employed as a Property Manager in California, retiring in 2000. She was a kind and gentle woman and a loving grandmother to her grandchildren. Her memory will be cherished by her daughter: Tammy (Ron) Bain of Gladwin; son: Tony Watson of Houghton Lake; daughter: Shannon Gautnier of Flint; son: Gary (Talisa) Gautnier of Flint. Her children blessed her with 4 beautiful grandchildren: Tony, Lara, Lauren and Steven; 1 precious great grandchild: Ciara. She will be dearly missed by her sisters: Mary, Barb and Dorothy; brother: Jerry and several nieces & nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband; parents; daughter: Leslie; sisters: Betty & Marie; brother: Ronnie. Funeral Services will be conducted on Saturday, June 10, 2017 11:00 A.M. at Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home, Gladwin, Michigan. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made according to the wishes of the family.
