Ronald Lindberg

Ronald Wilfred Lindberg, 85, of Beaverton, Michigan, passed away on September 3, 2023, surrounded by his family.

Ronald was born to Wilfred and Senia Lindberg on November 15, 1937, in Detroit, Michigan. He grew up in Dodgeville, Michigan and graduated from Houghton High School in 1955, then served in the United States Navy with honorable discharge in 1961.

Ronald is survived by his wife Sara Lou of 61 years, his son Craig, married to Carol, his daughter, Karen, married to Richard, and his grandson, Evan. He is also survived by his brother, WIlliam and sister, Joanne. Ronald is preceded in death by his parents, Wilfred and Senia, and his brother, Charles.

Ron and Lou were married in Alexandria, Virginia in 1962, and resided in Livonia, Michigan for 39 years before moving to Beaverton, Michigan. He retired after a successful 29 year engineering career at Detroit Diesel Corporation. Ron was an avid outdoorsman and was known for his ability to fix most anything. Ron positively impacted many people, and he will truly be missed.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, September 9, 2023, 2:00 P.M. at Hall-Kokotovich Funeral home, Gladwin. Ronald’s family will host a visitation on Friday, September 8, 2023, from 2-7:00 P.M. and on Saturday from 1:00 P.M. until the time of service at Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home, Gladwin. www.hall-kokotovichfuneralhome.com
