Robert "Bob" Wolschon, 79, of Beaverton, passed away on Monday, April 18, 2022, at his home surrounded by his loved ones. He was born on December 17, 1942, the son of Carl and Rose Wolschon (Smiarowski) in Detroit. He proudly served his country in the United States Army. Bob was employed as an experimental mechanic for Chrysler in Auburn Hills. He retired after 36 years of dedicated service. On November 23, 1993, he married Susan Yeager in Las Vegas. They shared 28 wonderful years of marriage together. Bob was a Mr. Fix it, do it yourselfer and wasn't intimidated by any project. He loved the outdoors, boating, and fishing. Bob and Susan loved to travel, creating many new adventures and memories along the way. Bob loved and cherished his time spent with his family.
He is survived by his wife: Susan Wolschon; children: Robert Wolschon, Tammie (Rob) Gray, Scott (Beth) Woslchon, Christine (Bob) Fluent, stepsons Channon (Kim) Neal, and Matthew (Jenny) Neal; grandchildren: Colton, Hunter, Cullen, McKenna, David, Meagan, Emily, Luc, Hailee, Thea, Jessica, Natalie, Devynn, Carson and Gavin, great grandchidren: Charlotte and Anthony; along with his brother: Carl (Marilyn) Wolschon and numerous nieces and nephews. Also survived by Beverly Wolschon(Oakley) mother of his children.
He is preceded in death by his parents; brother: Francis; and sister: Dorothy Woycik.
Funeral Services will be conducted by Pastor James Krach on Friday, April 22, 2022, 3:00 P.M. at Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home, Beaverton. Visitation will be held from 12:00 noon until the time of service. Military Honors will be presented by Gladwin American Legion Post 171.
