Richard Trueblood, 83, of Gladwin passed away on July 27, 2023. He was born on July 29, 1939, the son of Harry Trueblood and Vera Clounch. Richard married the love of his life Donna Reeves and they share 61 years of memories together. Richard was very active; he loved to golf, bowl, and workout. He also enjoyed working in the yard and gardening. He was a member of the Midland Baptist Church. Richard worked at General Motors as a maintenance technician for thirty years, but many know him from his twenty years as a custodian at Grout Township Hall.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife: Donna Trueblood; dog: Teacup; brothers: Curtis (Wanda) Vanover of Missouri, Fred Trueblood of Texas, Harry Trueblood of Missouri; son: Nick Trueblood; grandchildren: Tara (Donald) Flook and family, Matthew Cooney, Kayla (Joey) Martyr and family, Justin Lovell and family, Mark (Erica) Trueblood and Luka; Brother-in-law: Bob Reeves and family; along with many other extended family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Harry and Vera; stepmother: Virginia Trueblood; children: Renee Cooney, Mark Trueblood, and Ricky Trueblood.
