Raymond Henry

Raymond Ford Henry Sr, beloved father and grandfather, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on May 21, 2024.

Raymond was born in Ithaca, MI on July 24, 1942 to Hugh and Opal Henry. Raymond married Elsie Pritula on July 26, 1975 in Gladwin, MI. Raymond has four children, Raymond Ford Henry Jr, William Henry, Shelby Henry and Michael Henry, whom he loved dearly. Raymond loved spending time with his grandsons, Samuel and Matthew Henry, and granddaughter, Lilyann Womack.

Raymond enjoyed hunting, farming and spending time with his dogs and cats. Raymond liked being outdoors and going places with his brother, Dale Henry.

Raymond was active at the Gladwin Church of the Nazarene along with his son, Michael Henry and daughter-in-law, Kelsey Henry.

Raymond leaves behind his four loving children, Raymond Henry Jr, William Henry, Shelby Henry and Michael Henry. Raymond also leaves behind his son-in-law, Jeffrey St. Denis; daughter-in-law, Kelsey Henry; his grandsons, Samuel and Matthew Henry; his granddaughter, Lilyann Womack; five siblings, Dale, Cliff, Ruby, Beverly and Pauline; as well as many in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins. Raymond was pre-deceased in death by his loving wife of 47 years, Elsie Henry; parents, Hugh and Opal Henry; both sets of grandparents; two siblings, Irene and Nancy; as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Per Raymond’s wishes, there will not be any visitation, funeral, memorial service, graveside service or dinner.
