Patricia Winstead

Patricia A. Winstead, 68, of Beaverton, passed away on Saturday, December 23, 2023. Born on March 3, 1955, the daughter of Harold n Delores Comer, in Taylor, Michigan. She attended JFK High School in Taylor, MI. Patricia's life was marked by her love for family, her culinary talents, and cherished moments spent with those she held dear.

On April 21, 1973, Patricia married Gary Winstead, and together, they created a lifetime of memories and shared love until Gary's passing in 2005. Patricia was passionate about cooking, and she transformed her love for the culinary arts into a fulfilling career. For 25 years, she worked as a cook, showcasing her skills and sharing her culinary creations with others at Delenas.

Family was at the center of Patricia's heart, and she enjoyed spending time with her loved ones, especially her grandchildren. She is survived by her son: Robert (Jennifer) Winstead; daughter: Jennifer (Gary) Lash; brothers: Ben (Laurie) Comer, James (Mike) (Collette) Comer, Roy (Shelly) Comer, and Bruce (Bop) Korbal; 7 grandchildren: Justin, Morgan, Bryan, Tyler, Jake, Leah, and Brook; and sister-in-laws: Pauline Grueschow and Tina Korbal.

Patricia is preceded in death by her parents: Harold and Delores; her husband: Gary; daughter: Lisa Marie Winstead; brothers: Bruce Grueschow, Pete Korbal, and Harold (Betty) Comer Jr.; and sisters: Nancy Marie Fischer and Corrine Korbal.
