Michelle Brilla

Michelle (Flanagan) Brilla, 48, of Gladwin, (formerly of Westland), passed away Saturday, August 31, 2019 after a lengthy illness. She was born on November 5, 1970, the daughter of Michael & Judith (Gates) Flanagan in Wayne. Michelle was admired by all who knew her. She was everyone’s second mother. Always taking people in, her passion in life was being a mom. Her kids were her world. She loved to watch the office & cook delicious meals. She will be remembered for her contagious laugh, and her compassion and warmth. Michelle is survived by her 3 children: Stephanie Brilla, Allison Brilla & Joseph Brilla; sisters: Lisa Black & Kelly Lucas-Cramer; & her daughter’s dogs whom she called her “grandpuppies.” She is preceded in death by her parents. Honoring her wishes cremation will take place, and no services are planned at this time.
