Matthew Williams

Matthew B. Williams, 62, of Beaverton, passed away on Saturday, October 15, 2022. He was born on June 10, 1960 in Clare, Mi, the son of Robert H. and Marlene A Williams. He graduated from Beaverton High School and was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He was employed at Robinson Industries for 34 years as a Pattern maker. Matt married Charity North and they shared 19 wonderful years together. His hobbies included fishing, camping, and hunting with his friends and family.

He is survived by his wife: Charity North; children: Chad Williams and Ryan Williams; step daughters: Misty Haynes and Rhiannon North; grandchildren: Lucas Turner, Zhanie Williams, Bryce Hisey, and Dominic Hisey; mother: Marlene A Williams; siblings: Deb (Bill) Mason, Tim (Deb) Williams, Paul (Dana) Williams, and Melissa Williams-Hinrichs; along with several nieces, nephews, extended family and many close friends.

He is preceded in death by his father: Robert H. Williams his birth mother: Marlene Marie Williams, and his sister: Rebecca I Williams. As well as his nephew: Lucas W. Mason.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October  22, 2022 beginning at 12:00 PM at the Beaverton Lions Community Center, 142 Saginaw Street, Beaverton, MI 48612. Arrangements are in the care of Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home, Gladwin & Beaverton. www.hall-kokotovichfuneralhome.com
