Mary Allen, 65, of Gladwin, Michigan, formerly of Flint, MI passed away on Christmas Day, Friday, December 25, 2020. She was born on May 29, 1955, the daughter of Henry and Marion (Bancroft) Keil in Flint. She was united in marriage to Wayne Allen on June 30, 1973 in Flint. Mary is well known for her wonderful smile that could light up the room. She always welcomed everyone with open arms. She loved spending time with her family, especially her 4 grandchildren. If you ever needed something, she always made sure you had it. Her favorite time of the year was the holidays.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband: Wayne Allen of Gladwin, two sons: Kyle Allen of Gaines and Scott (Joann) Allen of Fenton, grandkids; Alexis, Travis, Collin and Grant. She is also survived by 2 brothers and 3 sisters: John (Barb) Keil of Flint, Bruce (Sharlene) Keil of Gladwin, Diane (Dave) Bortle of Clio, and Linda (Marty) Jarrard of Alpena, Brenda (Joe) Gagne of Gladwin. Along with numerous nieces and nephews; and her beloved fur baby: D.O.G.
She was preceded in death by her parents and nieces; Ronnie Smith and Lindsay Bortle.
At this time, no services will take place. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to donor’s charity of choice. Arrangements are in the hands of Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home-Gladwin.
