Margaret I. Kidd

Margaret I. Kidd, 84, of Gladwin, Michigan, passed away on Saturday, September 8, 2018, at the Woodland Hospice House in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. She was born on January 7, 1934, the daughter of Donald & Edna (Watson) Turner in Pontiac, Michigan. On November 25, 1950, she was united in marriage to Charles Kidd in Davisburg, Michigan. They were married 63 wonderful years before he preceded her in death in 2014. She has lived in Gladwin County since 1983, previously residing in Clarkston, Michigan. She was a hardworking, loving and caring homemaker, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Left to cherish her memory is her children: Vicki (Tim) Tucker of Falmouth; Charles (Kathy) Kidd of Clare; Leland (Deb) Kidd of Gladwin; Beth Hegel of Gladwin; Terri (Dan) Harris of Lapeer; Barbie (Keith) Taylor of North Carolina; daughter in-law: Dawn Kidd of Lake. Her children blessed her with 18 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren. Also she is survived by her siblings: Martha Alexander of Holly; Bill (Susie) Turner of Holly and A.J. (Lois) Turner of Gladwin; several nieces & nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband; parents; son: Ronald Kidd; granddaughter: Kelly Tucker; son in-law: Steve Hegel; siblings: Donna Scott; Merlie Higgins; Jim Turner. Funeral Services will be conducted on Tuesday, September 11, 2018, 1:00 P.M. at Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home, Gladwin, Michigan. Visitation will be held on Monday, September 10, 2018, from 4-9:00 P.M. and Tuesday, September 11, 2018, from 12:00 noon until the time of service at Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home, Gladwin, Michigan.
