Lloyd Barnes, 81 of Gladwin passed away on March 7, 2021. Lloyd was born March 19, 1939 the son of Robert and Bernice (Louthan) Barnes in Gladwin. On November 1, 1969 Lloyd was united in marriage to the love of his life Patricia, she preceded him in death in 2013. Lloyd was a proud member of the Community of Christ Church in Gladwin.
Left to cherish his memory are his daughter: Laura (Mike) Corlew of Beaverton; grandchildren: Amber, Austin, Reilly, Delani, Jacob, John, and Caleb; great-grandchild: Isabella; sisters in law: Barbara Barnes of Gladwin, Barbara (Brian) Rowland of FL.; brothers in law: James (Judy) Witer of Beaverton, Joseph (Debra) Witer of Beaverton, Mike (Mary Jo) Witer of Beaverton; son in law: Matthew Carrell of Gladwin; along with many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Robert and Bernice Barnes; wife: Patricia; daughter: Melissa Carrell; brothers: Robert Lee and Thomas Bernard.
Graveside Funeral Services will be conducted at Butman Township Cemetery, Gladwin, MI on Friday, March 12, 2021 beginning at 11:00 A.M. Visitation will take place at Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home Gladwin, MI on Thursday, March 11, 2021 beginning at 4:00 P.M. and ending at 8:00 P.M.
