Linda Lou Frye, 64, of Beaverton, Michigan, passed away at her home on Sunday, May 13, 2018. She was born on May 24, 1953, the daughter of James & Pearl (Whiteman) Seckman in Gladwin, Michigan. On February 14, 1975, she was united in marriage to Elton Frye in Beaverton, Michigan. She has lived in Beaverton since 1986, previously residing in Gladwin. Linda enjoyed arts and crafts, but most of all she loved her family. Her children and grandchildren meant everything to her. Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 43 years: Elton Frye of Beaverton; sons: Anthony (Melissa) Frye of Beaverton; Alex (Amber) Frye of Linden, Michigan; Lee Frye of Roscommon; 8 grandchildren; brother: Al (Sandy) Seckman of Beaverton; sister: Kathy(John) Kustra of Beaverton; sister in-law: Dawn Seckman of Wyoming; several nieces & nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; brother: Michael Seckman; 2 nephews. A Celebration of Life and a cookout to remember Linda will take place on Sunday, May 20, 2018, 1:00 P.M. at Anthony Frye’s House.
