Leona Swartzentruber

Leona Rose Swartzentruber, 6, passed away peacefully on January 14, 2024, in the arms of her Mom and Dad. She was born on November 30, 2017, and by God’s Grace, battled her illness, and lived beyond all expectations. She was loved beyond words. Leona was always following her parents and loved being with the adults. She would watch Daniel Tiger day and night, and would always be listening to the family chickens.  Her smile and laughter would light up a room. She was and will always be, Mom and Dad’s little angel.

She is survived by her parents: Enos and Elizabeth Swatzentruber.

She is preceded in death by her aunts: Katie, Malinda, and Magdalena.

Funeral Services will be conducted on Thursday, January 18, 2024, 11:00 A.M. at Brown Corners Church, Clare. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 17, 2024, from 4-8:00 P.M. at the church.
