Lela J. Hillier

Lela J. Hillier, 90, of Gladwin, Michigan passed away in Florida on Monday, October 8, 2018. She was born in Nester Twp. in Roscommon County on February 22, 1928 the daughter of Wilber & Bessie (Blake) Good. On April 19, 1973 she was united in marriage to Wilbur Hillier in Clio, Michigan. They shared 31 wonderful years together before he predeceased her in 2004. She was a homemaker and lifetime resident of Gladwin County. Her memory will be cherished by her sons: Gordon Willsie of Freeland;  Wayne (Sharon) Willsie of Flint; Scott (Chari) Hillier of Gladwin; daughter: Lisa (Kirk) McGuire of Inverness, Florida; 3 step children: Donald Hillier; JoAnn Cameron; Jim Hillier all of Gladwin. Her children blessed her with 22 wonderful grandchildren; many beautiful great grandchildren; several precious great-great grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by numerous nieces & nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband: Wilbur Hillier; daughter: Linda Hergenreder; grandson: Jordan Hillier; granddaughter: Deidra Hillier; parents: Wilbur & Bessie Good; 3 sisters and 2 brothers. Funeral Services will be conducted by Pastor Brad Withrow on Saturday, October 13, 2018, 10:00 A.M. at Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home, Gladwin, Michigan. The family will receive friends on Friday, October 12, 2018 from 2-8:00 P.M. Her final resting place will be at Butman Twp. Cemetery, Gladwin, Michigan.
