Kenneth Marcum Sr.

August 21, 1932 — January 4, 2020

Kenneth Marcum Sr., 88, of Gladwin, passed away on Monday, January 4, 2020, at the Gladwin Pines Nursing Home. He was born on August 21, 1932, the son of Stanley and Bertha (Williams) Marcum in Springfield, OH. He was united in marriage to his true love Mary Gould on May 25, 1990 in Toledo, OH. Kenneth was a retired Medical Laboratory Tehnologist for the state of Ohio. He also served in the US Navy during the Korean War. Kenneth was a member of the Masonic #397 and Masonic #625 of Toledo, OH. Along with that he was a member of Christ the King Church. Was a member of Artist Guild in Gladwin and Midland and was the Chairman of Research. He was also a part of the Royal Arch Chapter of Masons #176 and the Past High Priest in Port Lawrence, Toledo.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife: Mary Marcum of Gladwin; son: Kenneth Jr. (Anita) Marcum of Ohio and 2 daughters: Charmaine (Craig) Stemple of OH and Monalisa (Rob) Robison of OH. Along with 2 sons: Shawn (Kathleen) Gould of PA and Michael Gould of OH. His children blessed him with 15 grandchildren: Tony (Katie) Marcum, Luke Marcum, Abby (Ian) Marwick, Shelly Robinson, Kerry Jo (Anthony) Parkinson, Brandy (Brandon) Wicinski, Kristin Stemple, Michael (Cindy) Stemple, David (Kelli) Stemple, Jonathan Gould, Mckenna Gould, Bass (Kimberly) Nelson, Bethani (Isaiah) Hartman and Madi Nelson. Along with that he was blessed with 16 great grandchildren. Also surviving Kenneth was his brother and sister: Roger (Sharon) Marcum and Lily Fisher.

He is proceeded in death by his parents and 3 brothers: Eugine Marcum, Donald Marcum, and Mackie Marcum. Along with his sister: Francis Marcum.

Arrangements are in the hands of Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home-Gladwin. No services or visitations will be taking place. Memorial contributions may be made to Christ the King Quilters or St. Jude’s Children Hospital.
