John L. Pate

John L. Pate, 60, of Gladwin, passed away on Saturday, January 22, 2022, at My Michigan Medical Center, Midland. He was born on October 30, 1961, the son of Charles and Katherine Pate in Pontiac. On July 1, 1995, he was united in marriage to Tina Irwin in Gladwin. Together they were blessed with 26 wonderful years of marriage. He worked as a machine electrician, along with all the other jack of all trades John was working on. He worked on cars, loved to hunt and fish, and truly wanted to help anybody that needed it. He was a faithful Christian who was a devoted member of the Assembly of God Church in Gladwin.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife: Tina Pate; children: Jeremy (Tracy) Marsac, Jennifer (Jim) Cook, Autumn (Joe) Dennis, Josh (Janelle) Pate, and Cloe Pate; 6 grandchildren, including his special granddaughter: Kenzie Pate; parents: Charles and Katherine Pate; and brother: Charlie (Lilliana) Pate. He is preceded in death by his sister: Kitty.

Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, January 29, 2022, 1:00 P.M. at the Assembly of God Church, Gladwin. Visitation will be held from 12:00 P.M. until the time of service.
