Jerry Westbeld, 77, of Gladwin, Michigan, passed away on Thursday, August 30, 2018 at Mid Michigan Health, Midland, Michigan. He was born on July 6, 1941, the son of Linus & Emma (Gabriel) Westbeld in Dayton, Ohio. On July 11, 1970, he was united in marriage to Gloria Winger in Dayton. He was semi-retired owner/ operator of Jerry Westbeld Landscaping & Veggie Patch in Gladwin for 38 years and also employed for Snow Snake Mountain in Harrison since 1980. Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 48 years: Gloria Westbeld of Gladwin; brother: Dan (Ann) Westbeld of Xenia, Ohio; 2 sisters: Roberta (Ronald) Penwell of Las Vegas, Nevada; Janet Westbeld of Yelm, Washington. He is preceded in death by his parents. Honoring his wishes cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time.
