Jason Maher, 48, of Beaverton, MI, passed away at his home surrounded by his loved ones on December 8, 2021. He was born and raised the son of Richard and Joyce Ellis in Gladwin, MI. He graduated from Gladwin High School and married the love of his life Nichole Hair. Jason was a hard worker and a father figure to everyone he met. He always had good advice and a laughter that would lighten up any room. He will always be remembered for his dedication to be the best father and love for his family.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife: Nichole Maher; three sons: Bo Raleigh, Brody Maher, and Bailey Hair; siblings: Shelly King and John Maher III; father: Richard Ellis; nieces and nephews: Levon Homer, Michiel King, Rachelle Maher, Caitlin Fitzpatrick; mother in law: Edie Hair; brother in law: Casey Hair; nephews: Trinity Hair and Cruz Hair; along with many great nieces, extended family and lifelong friends.
He is preceded in death by his mother: Joyce Ellis; father in law: Brian Hair; and friend Marky Little
