James W. Noonan, 84, aka, Big Jim Noonan, of Otter Lake, MI passed away on Monday, May 25, 2020 in Lapeer. He was born on August 16, 1935 the son of Wilfred and Marie (Donnelly) Noonan in Detroit, Michigan. James married Marilyn Reilson on April 18, 1964 in Detroit. She preceded him in death in 2016. He worked for AAA Insurance out of Southfield, Michigan as a Manager, retiring after 30 years. He loved his family dearly and had a passion for golf and all sports. Left to cherish his memory are his children: Donna (Ivan) Kokotovich of Rochester Hills, Michigan; David (Marilyn) Noonan of Lupton, Michigan; Kristi (Chris) Zuzga of Clarkston, Michigan; Sandy (Bill) McDonough of Lapeer and Don Houghton of Fenton, Michigan. His children blessed him with 3 grandchildren: Dan, Bryan, and Randy; and 1 great grandchild: Brendan. He is also preceded in death by his parents and 3 sisters.
