Gerald Leon Scoby went to be with his Lord and Savior on March 6, 2023. Gerald was born on November 5, 1927 to Charles and Mildred Scoby. He retired from Gladwin County Road Commission where he worked for 33 years. He married Maudie (Parker) Thrush on July 18, 1958. They attended the Gladwin Assembly of God Church.
Left to cherish his memories are his children: Linda Ramsey, Jerry (Gladys) Scoby, Norma Owens, and Charles Thrush; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, wife, and son: Bob Thrush.
Funeral Services will be conducted on Thursday, March 9, 2023 at 6:00 PM at Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home, Gladwin. Visitation will be held at 4:00 PM until the time of service.
He will be laid to rest at Highland Cemetery in Gladwin, MI. Memorial contributions may be made to the Assembly of God Church.
