Gerald Mitchell

Gerald L. Mitchell, age 82, of Gladwin, passed away on Saturday, September 21, 2024. He was born on March 29, 1942, the son of Harold and Florence (Wisner) Mitchell, in Gladwin. Gerald was a dedicated employee at Bell Ford in Gladwin for many years until his retirement. He married the love of his life, Linda Grangen, and together they shared many years filled with love and cherished memories.

Gerald had a deep love for the outdoors, especially when accompanied by his faithful dog. He enjoyed hunting and spent his off-seasons preparing food plots for deer.

Gerald is survived by his beloved wife: Linda; sons: Mike (Sheila) Mitchell and Mark Mitchell; grandchildren: Kyle and Morgan; great-grandchildren: Tucker, Laynee, Teegan, Hudsen, and Maddyx; sisters: Barb, Dorothy, and Mary Lou; along with several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Ruth and Betty.
