Gerald T. Dailey, 62 of Gladwin, Michigan passed away at the Toni & Trish House in Auburn, Michigan on Thursday, April 20, 2017. He was born in Troy, Michigan on January 1, 1955 the son of Edward & Florence (Brinkey) Dailey. On July 3, 2004 he married Kim Speer in Gladwin. He was employed with Consumers Energy as a lineman, retiring in 2014.  He had lived in Gladwin County for the last 40 years, previously residing in Troy, and he was a member of F.O.E. Albright Shores Aerie 3655. Gerald loved the outdoors, especially hunting, and fishing. He was a very kind and generous man with a high regard for family values. He felt his greatest accomplishment in life was becoming a father, and he absolutely adored his grandchildren. He found great pleasure in sharing activities and making beautiful memories with all of them. His memory will be forever cherished by his loving wife, Kim Dailey of Gladwin; daughter: Jennifer (Steve) Zielinski of Kawkawlin, MI; son: Jeremy (Ann) Dailey of Sault Ste. Marie, MI; 2 step-sons: Jeremy (Patti) Little of Florida; Josh (Missy) Little of Saginaw, MI. He was truly blessed with 10 precious grandchildren: Ke’ala, Alek, Lily, Branden, Austin, Bryce, Porter, Mila, Corbin and Hudson. He will be dearly missed by his brother: Jim (Lois) Dailey of Coleman, MI; sister: Ginny Grant of Beaverton; brother: Mike (Andrea) Dailey of Farwell and several nieces & nephews. Funeral Services will be conducted on Wednesday, April 26, 2017, 12:00 P.M. at Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home, Gladwin, Michigan. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 from 5-8:00 P.M.
