Gail Marie Gorski, 74, of Gladwin, Michigan passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loved ones on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 following a lengthy illness. She was born in Hammond, Indiana on April 9, 1944 the daughter of Elmer & Theresa (Kerblewski) Yates. On March 27, 1965 she was united in marriage to John Gorski in Bay City, Michigan. She was employed for many years at the Gladwin Hospital, Dr. Vora’s Clinic and Dr. Howarth’s Clinic. She then graduated from Mid-Michigan Community College with her RN Degree. Gail retired from Mid-Michigan Health- Midland, as a Registered Nurse. She was truly a very family oriented and passionate wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved spending time with friends, camping, traveling, and going to the casino. She is survived by her loving husband of nearly 53 years, John Gorski of Gladwin; daughter: Shelly (Scott) Jankowski of Gladwin; son: Brian (Ronda) Gorski of Gladwin; daughter: Kelly (Joe) Smith of Coleman; sister: Linda (Charles) Smith of Florida; 2 precious grandchildren: Kansas and Sierra Jankowski. She is preceded in death by her parents. Funeral Services will be conducted by Sheri Witer on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. at Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home, Gladwin, Michigan.
