Frank "Lynn" Rau

Frank “Lynn” Rau, 81, of Gladwin, Michigan passed away on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at the Toni & Trish House in Auburn Michigan. He was born in Gladwin on August 24, 1935 the son of George & Lela (Quelet) Rau. On February 14, 1992 he married Linda Hall in Gladwin. He proudly served his country and retired from the United States Navy. Lynn had lived in Gladwin County for most of his life and he was employed with Beaverton Schools as a maintenance man. He was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Gladwin. His memory will be forever cherished by his loving wife of 25 years, Linda Rau of Gladwin; sons: Tim (Sandy) Rau of California; Dan (Cindy) Rau of Midland; daughter: Sheryl (Kevin) Wright of Beaverton; son: Jeff Rau and friend Christine of Midland; daughter: Mary Kay (David) Aldrich of Clare. He was blessed with 10 beautiful grandchildren and 10 precious great Grandchildren. He will be dearly missed by his sister: Ruth Campbell; brother: Al (JoAnn) Rau of Gladwin. He is preceded in death by his 1 ^st wife: Lucille (Doyle) Rau; parents: sister: Gloria DeGuise. Funeral Services will be conducted by Pastor Joe Dorais on Saturday, July 1, 2017, 11:00 A.M. at Emmanuel Baptist Church, Gladwin, Michigan. The family will receive friends on Friday, June 30, 2017 from 2-8:00 P.M. at Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home, Gladwin, Michigan. He will be laid to rest at Highland Cemetery, Gladwin, Michigan.
