Evelyn M. Roberson

Evelyn M. Roberson, 79, of Beaverton, Michigan, passed away on Tuesday, November 7, 2017. She was born on March 3, 1938, the daughter of Theodore & Mary Salyer in Flint, Michigan. In 2006 she was united in marriage to Howard Roberson in Beaverton, Michigan. She has lived in Gladwin County since 1984, previously residing in Burton, Michigan. She served food for General Motors-Parts Division in Flint until she moved to Beaverton where she worked as a housekeeper. She was a Gold Star Mother. Left to cherish her memory is her husband: Howard Roberson of Beaverton; son: Wayne (Tammy) Tuttle of Florida; daughter: Leona (Joe) Burns of Kentucky; step daughters: Rebecca Sanders of New York & Deborah Stuck of Flint; 11 grandchildren: Nathan, Jeffery, Aric, Aaron, Maegan, Timothy, Donna, Jeremy, Keasha, Brittney and Rhonda; 2 great grandchildren; & her caretaker: Luann O’Dell. She is preceded in death by her 1 ^st husband: Wayne A. Tuttle Sr. In honor of her wishes cremation has taken place and a memorial is planned for a later date.
