Eugene Green, 74 of Beaverton, Michigan passed away at his home on Monday, May 29, 2017. He was born in Beaverton on June 15, 1942 the son of Cecil “LeeRoy” & Bertha Joy (Bishop) Green. He was a lifetime resident of Gladwin County and he was a lumberjack, employed with Dirk’s Saw Mill. He was a very giving man who would help anyone with anything anytime. He is survived by his brother: John (Elaine) Green of Massachusetts; sister: Betty Boggess of Fowlerville, Michigan; significant other: Hazel Green of Beaverton; many children, grandchildren and nieces. He is preceded in death by his parents; 2 brothers: Wilbur Green; Bill Green. Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place and Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, June 3, 2017 11:00 A.M. at The Church of Daniel’s Band, Highwood Road. Arrangements are in the care of Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home, Gladwin, Michigan.
