Ebangelina “Angie” Salazar, went home to our Heavenly Father on December 18, 2020 at age 76. She was born on July 7, 1944 in Ionia, Michigan to Louis & Sara (Aguirre) Pierce. While she lived in Texas she worked as an LPN for many years. Angie was united in marriage to Oscar Salazar in 1991. He preceded her in death. She moved to Harrison 10 years ago, previously residing in Gladwin, and was a member of the VFW Auxiliary in Harrison. Angie loved to cook and crochet for others, and loved making people smile.
Left to cherish her memory are her children: Laura (Manuel) Martinez, Teresa (Alvaro) Pierce, Maria Trinadad Pierce, Sandra (Joseph Healey) Coronado, Jose G. (Silvia) Coronado Jr.; along with 9 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband: Oscar Salazar and son: David Coronado.
There will be no visitation due to Covid-19 and a memorial will be held on Tuesday, December 22, 2020, 10:00 A.M. at The Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints located at 1125 Old State Highway 61, Harrison, MI 48625.
