Donna Onnalee Wilson, 94, of Beaverton, Michigan passed away at her home on Sunday, November 26, 2017. She was born in Edenville, Michigan on August 31, 1923 the daughter of Stephen & Verna (Patrick) Wooley. On December 6, 1941 she was united in marriage to her true love, Claudis Earl Wilson. He predeceased her in 1989. Donna had lived in Gladwin County for the last 15 years, previously residing in Edenville, Midland and Sanford. She wore many hats throughout her lifetime as teacher, mail carrier, bartender, real estate and waitress. She was a very kind and generous women and her door was always open to anyone that needed her friendship. She was very talented and gifted in the kitchen, and even though her family was very large, she was ready, willing and able to provide an amazing meal to them all at any time of the day. Her memory will be forever cherished by her daughters: Roxie (Richard) Robinette of Gladwin; Terry (Ronald) Wilson of Beaverton; son: Steve (Yvonne) Wilson of Colorado; daughter in-law: Tammy Wilson of Sanford. Her children blessed her with 13 beautiful grandchildren; 23 wonderful great grandchildren and 10 precious great-great grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by her sisters: Bonnie Grant of Sanford; Luella Glesner of Midland; brother: Paul Wooley of Edenville; sister in-law: Rose Wooley of Edenville, and many other extended family members. The family would also like to express special thanks to her caregiver and special friend: Kim Middleton. She is preceded in death by her husband: Claudis E. Wilson; son: Rick Wilson; grandson: Karl Mose; great granddaughter: Aireal Wilson; companion: John Vargas Sr.; parents: Stephen & Verna Wooley; brother: Merlin Wooley; son in-law: Harry Mose. Honoring the wishes of the family, cremation will take place and Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2017, 11:00 A.M., at Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home, Gladwin, Michigan. Those wishing to send an expression of sympathy in lieu of flowers are asked to consider Heartland Hospice or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
