Donald F. Wilson

Donald F. Wilson, 76, of Gladwin, Michigan, passed away on Thursday, November 23, 2017, at Mid Michigan Health, Midland, Michigan. He was born on November 11, 1941, the son of Ernest & Mildred (Vaughn) Wilson in Cleveland, Tennessee. On September 23, 1961, he was united in marriage to Lois Fournier in Detroit, Michigan. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force. After the military he worked for the Police Department in Oak Park, Michigan, until he started working for Chrysler at Sterling Stamping in management. He retired from Chrysler in 1996. He loved his classic cars, traveling, his western movies and most of all his family and grandchildren. Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 56 years Lois Wilson of Gladwin; son: Mark (Tammy) Wilson of Gladwin; daughter: Dawn (Gerald) Androyna of Beaverton; grandchildren: Starleigh, Becca, Nikki, Jon, Jordyn, Jennifer, Christina, Michelle, Autumn, Brandy, Charity, Shanna, Kyle & Tyler; 22 great grandchildren; sister: Vickie Hertel of St. Clair Shores. He is preceded in death by his parents; son: Scott Wilson in 1999; 2 great grandchildren: Eli & McKayla; 2 brothers; 2 sisters. Funeral Services will be conducted on Tuesday, November 28, 2017, 11:00 A.M. at Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home, Gladwin, Michigan. Visitation will be held on Monday, Novmeber 27, 2017, from 2-8:00 P.M. at Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home, Gladwin, Michigan.
