Diane E. Grove, 75, of Gladwin, passed away on Monday, May 16, 2022. She was born on May 14, 1947, the daughter of Jack Mawhorter and Charlotte Allen. She was raised in Gladwin, but lived most of her life in Luther, until the last year. Diane loved cats and was famous for her wind chimes. Her house inside or outside was filled with them. She was devoted to her church in Luther and enjoyed helping people. Diane loved her family more than anything.
Left to cherish her memory are her children: David Michael (Bobbie Jo) Grove, and Wayne William (Coleen Ann) Grove; grandchildren: Robert Jack, Wayne William Jr., Katelyn Jo, and Colin Lee; great grandchild: Chloe; and brother: Jerry (Joanne) Mawhorter; aunt: Bette Douglas; along with several other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
Memorial Services will be held on Wednesday, May 25, 2022, 1:00 P.M. at Church of Christ, Luther, Michigan. Visitation will be held from 12:00 noon until the time of service. Arrangements are in the care of Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home. www.hallkokotovichfuneralhome.com
