Dennis Doan, 58, of Gladwin, Michigan passed away suddenly on Tuesday, August 15, 2017. He was born in Gladwin on October 26, 1958 and he spent his entire life living in Gladwin County. He was honored to serve his country in the United States Navy. On September 12, 1998 he was united in marriage to his true love, Sheryl Hager in Gladwin. His memory will be forever cherished by his loving wife, Sheryl Doan of Gladwin; children: Mary Ann (Jamie) Dawson; Bethany (Jason) Curtis; Victor Doan; Nikita (Jose) Garcia; Dan Hager; Tony Hager; grandchildren: Victoria Doan; Charles and Nicklas Dawson; Dennis Joseph Doan; Katie Curtis; Elena and Elise Garcia; Ryan Hager; Allison, Adin and Lucas Hager. He was blessed with 2 precious great grandchildren: Maicen and Ruthie. He will be dearly missed by his mother: Mary Ruth Ann Crook; sister: Cindy (Tony) Peacock; brothers: John (Trisa) Doan; Bill (Marion) Doan; Alan (Geme) Ogata; brother: in-law: Robert Hager. He is preceded in death by his son: Gary Young; father: Victor Herbert Crook; brother: Thomas “Tommy Jo” Doan; sister: Mary Ann Doan. Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place and Memorial Services will be conducted by Connie Mercer on Wednesday, August 23, 2017, 11:00 A.M., with a gathering beginning at 10:30 A.M. at the Butman Twp.
