Delores M. Cronk

Delores Mae Cronk, 90, of Gladwin, Michigan passed away at Mid Michigan Medical Center in Gladwin on Tuesday, December 5, 2017. She was born in Gladwin on April 16, 1927 the daughter of Albert & Nellie (Kern) Sampson. On July 14, 1945 she was united in marriage to her true love, Wayne Cronk in Gladwin. They celebrated 66 wonderful years together before he predeceased her in 2011. She was a homemaker and lifetime resident of Gladwin County. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her daughters: Joyce Thurlow of Gladwin; Janet (Jim) Kremsreiter of Mt. Pleasant. She was blessed with 7 beautiful grandchildren, 10 precious great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild soon to arrive. She will be dearly missed by her sister: Alice Sayler of Allegan; brother: Archie Sampson of Beaverton. She is preceded in death by her husband: Wayne Cronk; parents: Albert & Nellie Sampson; son: Ray Cronk; son in-law: Ken Thurlow; sister: Nellie Hallenbaugh; brothers: Ralph Sampson; Boyd Sampson.
