Dawn West, age 66, of Gladwin, passed away on Saturday, November 30, 2024. She was born on January 29, 1958, the daughter of Grenvul “Buck” and Eleanor Southwell, in Mount Pleasant. Dawn worked as an ultrasound technician for many years, serving patients in both Clare and Gladwin. She liked making trips to the Upper Peninsula with her friends.
She is survived by her sons: Casey (Christine) Cadieux, of Battle Creek and Kevin West, of Albion; grandchildren: Zachary, Kawryn, Phoenix, Catori, Calli, Landon, Grayson, and Declan; siblings: Calvin Southwell, Peggy (Andrew) Miceli, Pamela Southwell; great-nieces: Sydney Simmons and Aisia Martinez; along with many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Cory Cadieux.
