David J. Timmons, age 58, of Gladwin, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Thursday, January 23, 2025. He was born on August 12, 1966, the son of Raymond Timmons and Charlotte “Maude” Osterhoudt, in Detroit. On August 12, 1995, he married the love of his life, Renee Desjarden, whom he affectionately called the Warden. Together, they shared many years filled with love and cherished memories until she preceded him in death in 2019.
David had a passion for the outdoors and loved spending time quad riding, one of his favorite activities. He also enjoyed monster trucks, hanging out in the garage, and relaxing by bonfires with family and friends.
He is survived by his brother: John Timmons; sisters: Alicia (Arlie) Russell and Laura (Mark) Doud; special friend: Brian Bearss; along with several nieces and nephews and extended in-laws.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife: Renee; parents: Raymond and Charlotte; brother: Raymond; nephew: Matthew Herbin; niece: Darian Timmons.
