David Scott

David Scott, 73, of Gladwin, MI passed away Thursday December 23, 2021 at Mid-Michigan Medical Center, Midland. He was born January 9, 1948 the son of Clifford and Charlotte (Hull) Scott in Goodrich, MI. David graduated from Lakeville Memorial High School in Otisville, MI. On September 18, 1978 he was united in marriage to the love of his life Lenore Jane Ackley in Lapeer, MI. David was a proud member of the United States Marine Reserves. He was also a laborer for General Motors. In his spare time David was an avid hunter, fisherman, and outdoorsman. He was a car enthusiast especially the 1972 Chevelle and was a "Do it myself" kind of man. Left to cherish his memory are his wife: Lenore; 5 children: Robert (Beth) Neph, Tamy Scott-Applewhite, Kitrina (Henry) Sell, Michael Scott, and Daniel (Kelly) Neph; 10 grandchildren and serveral great-grandchildren; sister: Carole (Rick) Haughey, Ruth Randall, and Jim Scott. He is preceded in death by his parents. Honoring his wishes cremation has taken place and there are no services planned at this time. Arrangements are in the care of Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home, Gladwin, MI.
