David Meyers

David R. Meyers, 66, of Lake, Michigan passed away at Mid Michigan Medical Center, Clare, Michigan on Wednesday, March 21, 2018. He was born in Middlesbourgh, Kentucky on September 3, 1951 the son of Van & Maryanne (Thomas) Meyers and he spent his childhood growing up in Union Lake, Michigan. On March 27, 1982 he was united in marriage to Charlynda Turner in White Lake, Michigan. He had only lived in Clare County for a few short months, previously residing in Beaverton, Michigan. David had a great love for the outdoors and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He leaves his loving wife of 36 years, Charlynda Meyers of Lake, Michigan to cherish his memory along with his 5 children: Carrie (Pedro) Meyers of Florida; Melinda (Aart) VanVliet of Burton; Crystal (David) Meyers of Beaverton; Misty (Tim) Carey of Beaverton; David (Shawna) Meyers also of Beaverton. David was blessed many times over with 10 beautiful grandchildren. He will be dearly missed by several sisters and brothers. He is preceded in death by his parents and many brothers and sisters. Memorial Services will be conducted by Pastor Bryan Clark on Thursday, March 29, 2018, 4:00 P.M. at the Living Hope Assembly of God Church, Albright Shores, Michigan.
