David W. Dupuis, 79, of Gladwin, Michigan passed away suddenly on Friday, June 15, 2018. He was born in Detroit, Michigan on December 5, 1938 the son of Wilfred & Elizabeth (Smith) Dupuis. He was married to Patsy Johnson who predeceased him. He was employed with the Chrysler Corporation in Sterling Heights, Michigan until his retirement. David moved to Gladwin County 27 years ago from Warren, Michigan and he was a member of F.O.E. Gladwin Aerie 3292. Left to cherish his memory is his son: Dwayne (Heather) Dupuis of Shelby Twp.; daughter: Denise (Chuck) McMillan of Lapeer; sons: David Dupuis Jr. of St. Clair Shores and Brian (Gerry) Dupuis of Michigan. His children blessed him with 13 beautiful grandchildren and several precious great grandchildren. He will be dearly missed by his sisters: Carol (Bob) Fast; Elizabeth Hilton and several nieces & nephews. He is predeceased by his son: Troy Dupuis; daughter: Roxanne Wasil; 2 brothers: Carl and Paul Dupuis; 1 sister: Catherine. Honoring his wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no services at this time.
