Curtiss Mielke

Curtiss L. Mielke, 77, of Beaverton passed away unexpectedly at home on January 19, 2021. Curtiss was born in Saginaw, Michigan to Otto and Lottie (Janetski) Mielke on September 3, 1943. He served in the Navy and worked at Dow Corning for almost 29 years. Curtiss married Karen Meekhof on May 29, 1971 at St. Agnes Catholic Church in Freeland, Michigan.

Curtiss is survived by his wife; Karen, 2 children; Nikki (James) Parsons of Kimball, Michigan and Nathaniel (Jessica) Mielke of Grand Blanc, Michigan. He was also survived by his grandchildren; Brandon Parsons, Emily Parsons, Ethan Mielke, Seth Mielke, and Jonathan Mielke, along with siblings; Darrell (Judi) Mielke, Nancy Martin, Irene (Roger) Smigiel, Don (Donna) Mielke, and Sue (Bill) Watson. Also surviving him is many nieces and nephews.
