Cecile Federspiel

Cecile Jane Federspiel, 90, of Beaverton, passed away on Sunday, January 10, 2021, at Saginaw Covenant Hospital. She was born on November 16, 1930, the daughter of Moxey and Wilhelmia (Schmidtling) Sandow in Newberry. On August 10, 1946, she was united in marriage to Victor Federspiel in Newberry. They were married 50 years until he preceded her in death in 1996. She was employed as a cashier for Farmer Jacks in Wayne until her retirement. She has lived in Beaverton since 1985, previously residing in Westland.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters: Sandra (Arnold) LaBean of Westland and Lena Federspiel of Beaverton; daughter in-law: Velma Spakr; along with 9 grandchildren and several great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband: Victor; son: Daniel Federspiel; parents; 4 brothers; and 2 sisters.
