Bruce Alan Gibbs was born December 8, 1958 in Lansing Michigan to Billy Allen Gibbs and Mary Hagen Keyes. Bruce was preceded in death by his parents and his younger brother William Gibbs. He was a graduate of JW Sexton High School. Bruce moved to Gladwin in 1998 and he resided there until his death on December 8, 2022.
Music was a dynamic part of Bruce’s life. He was an avid rock ‘n’ roll drummer, strummed the guitar and sang and impersonated Elvis Presley. There are few who were not given a nickname by Bruce.
Bruce is survived by his siblings: Karen (Maurice) Zarka, David Gibbs and Cheryl Gibbs. Cremation has taken place. No services are planned. Arrangements are in the care of Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home.
