Bonnie Klott, 75, of Sugar Springs, in Gladwin, MI passed away on Tuesday, December 27, 2022. She was born on January 11, 1947.  She is preceded in death by her husband: Robert A. Klott;  father: Henry A. Zuelch Jr. and mother: Phyllis I. Leavoy.  She will be greatly missed by her surviving family, including her daughter in-law; Elizabeth Klott; step-son: Kevin Klott; grandchildren: Carley, Paige, and Kevin; dedicated companion: Joe Novak;  brother: Kenneth (Shirley) Zuelch; nieces: Marianne (Rob) Lintz and Melissa (Ash) Sperzel; dear friend: Linda Haight; and many nieces and nephews within the Klott family.

Bonnie had a great love for her family and friends. She enjoyed working for General Motors until she retired in 1998. Bonnie was married to Bob Klott for 33 years. They built their retirement home on the golf course in Sugar Springs, where they enjoyed many years until he passed in 2011.

She was involved in the Women’s Golf Association, the Member/Guest Committee, and the Arthur Hug Alzheimer’s Golf Outing. She also served as a member of the Sugar Springs Board of Directors. Bonnie was an active member of Our Savior Lutheran Church in Gladwin.  She was also head of the altar guild at Lutheran Church of the Cross in Florida.  Bonnie has been the President of her condo association in Florida where she spent the winter months for many years.

A memorial will be held in May, a date and time will be determined. Memorial contributions may be made to the Sugar Springs Memorial Fund or Breast Cancer Foundation. Arrangements are in the care of Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home. www.hall-kokotovichfuner alhome.com
