Arnold Ray Bartlett, age 96, of Gladwin passed away on Tuesday, December 10, 2024. He was born on March 27, 1928 in Omaha, Nebraska. Arnold was a dedicated employee of General Motors where he worked as a Template Maker for many years until his retirement. He married the love of his life, Virginia, and together they shared many years filled with love and cherished memories until she preceded him in death. Arnold was a proud veteran of the United States Navy, honoring his country with dedication and service.
Arnold was a man of many passions throughout his life. He found joy in hunting, snowmobiling, bowling, and playing euchre and pool. Above all, he had a deep love for golfing. Arnold was also proud to serve as a trustee for the Secord Eagles, contributing to the organization with care.
He is survived by his daughter: Cheryl Comini; granddaughter: Tammy LeMieux; great-grandsons: Nathan Faust-LeMieux and Dalton Yorch; great-great-grandchildren: Aria Faust-LeMieux and Sebastian, Holtyn, and Gabby Yorch; and daughter-in-law: Linda Bartlett.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife: Virginia May Bartlett; son: Doug Bartlett; parents: Doc and Bessie; and sister: Marcie Opalak.
