Ardis A. Larkin, age 89, of Beaverton, peacefully passed away on Thursday, February 15, 2024. She was born on July 18, 1934, the daughter of Clare Yager and Margueritte Burr, in Beaverton.
On February 28, 1952, Ardis was united in marriage to Jack Larkin, in Beaverton. Together, they shared a beautiful life filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories until he preceded her in death in 2018.
Ardis was a devoted member of the Church of the Nazarene. Her faith was very important to her and she found joy and fulfillment while serving her church community. She also loved crafts and gardening.
She is survived by her sons: Michael Larkin and Greg (Laura) Larkin; grandchildren: Robert, Adam, and Joshua; great-grandchildren: Katelyn, Peyton, Olivia, and Kalvin; great-great-grandchild, Honor; and her siblings: Marlin Yager and James Yager.
Ardis was preceded in death by her parents: Clare and Margueritte; husband: Jack; sisters: Berniece Green and JoAnn Brown; and brothers: Olan Yager and Bob Yager.
Funeral Services will be conducted on Thursday, February 22, 2024, 11:00 A.M. at the Beaverton Church of the Nazarene. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, from 3-7:00 P.M. at Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home, Beaverton. She will be laid to rest at Dale Cemetery.
