Ivan K. Grant, 73, of Beaverton, Michigan passed away in Clare, Michigan on Monday, March 20, 2017. He was born on June 1, 1943 the son of Jacob & Marie (Wagner) Grant. He was employed by Dow Corning in Midland, Michigan, before owning & operating Grant’s Jewelry in Beaverton, Michigan. He has lived in Gladwin County his entire life. Left to cherish his memory are his children: Ken (fiancé: Donna Jarosiewicz) Grant of Gladwin; Kim (Tim) Illig of Beaverton; Kelly Alward of Gladwin; Mike (Donna) Card of Auburn; Charlie (Angie) Card of Gladwin; Polly (Shane) Card of Pinconning; Pat Card of Bay City; grandchildren: Shane (Mandi); Tyler; Hunter; Savannah; Rylie; Delaney; Megan; Jordan; Cade; Mylah; Melissa; great grandchildren: Lizzi; Aaron; Bailey; Braden & 2 on the way; sisters: Peggy (Terry) Govitz of Gladwin; Leta (Rick) Painter of Beaverton; sister in-law: Judy Grant of Gladwin; several nieces, nephews & his little dog Spike. He is preceded in death by his granddaughter: Darian Card; parents; brother: Terry Grant. Memorial Services will be conducted on Wednesday, March 22, 2017, 6:00 P.M. with visitation beginning at 2:00 P.M. at Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home, Beaverton, Michigan.
