Robert P. Miller

Robert P. Miller, 62, of Gladwin, Michigan passed away at Mid Michigan Health in Midland, Michigan on Tuesday, March 7, 2017. He was born in Redford, Michigan on November 2, 1954 the son of Norman & Della Miller. On October 5, 1991 he was united in marriage to his true love, Marcele R. Cameron in Gladwin, Michigan. They celebrated 25 wonderful years together before she predeceased him in 2016.  He had lived in Gladwin County since 1972, previously residing in Farmington, Michigan and he was a member of F.O.E. Gladwin Aerie 3292. Robert was employed with Gladwin Heights Golf Course where he was the Head Chef, barkeeper and groundskeeper. His memory will be forever cherished by his step-daughter: Gretchen (Tracy) Garrett of Gladwin. He was blessed with 2 precious grandchildren: Christina and Tyler. He will be dearly missed by his sisters: Denise Hall of Gladwin; Deanna (Darrell) Day of Gladwin; brother: Ed (Amy) Miller of Gladwin; brother in-law: Louis Freeman of Beaverton; sister in-law: Joan Miller of Gladwin and several nieces & nephews. He is preceded in death by his wife: Marcele Miller; parents; sister: Darlene Freeman; brother: Phillip Miller; brother in-law: Mark Hall. Funeral Services will be conducted by Pastor Sam Wilson on Saturday, March 11, 2017, 11:00 A.M. at Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home, Gladwin, Michigan with a luncheon to follow at the Gladwin Eagles. The family will receive friends on Friday, March 10, 2017 from 4-8:00 P.M. He will be laid to rest at Grout Twp. Cemetery, Gladwin, Michigan.
