Daniel W. Moore, 72, of Beaverton, Michigan, passed away on Saturday, March 3, 2017, at University of Michigan, Midland, Michigan. He was born on April 20, 1944, the son of Rev. Wilson & Faye (Stanley) Moore. On July 13, 1979, he was united in marriage to Violet Brewer Kiser in Madison Heights, Michigan.  Dan was an avid Tigers fan and never missed a game and was devoted to his family. He was employed by Chrysler at Warren Stamping as a hi-lo repairman, retiring in 1998. He has lived in Gladwin County for the past 18 years, previously residing in Madison Heights, Michigan. Left to cherish his memory is his wife: Violet Moore of Beaverton; sons: Daniel Moore of Detroit; Ronald (Liberti) Moore of Farwell, Michigan; Burt (Natali) Moore of Beaverton; step-daughters: Monica (Rob) Maes of Warren, Michigan; and Misty (Jason) McWilliams of Beaverton; 18 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; sisters: Marie, Donna, Juanita; brother: Larry; and several nieces & nephews.  Also surviving are mother-in-law: Patsy Brewer of Beaverton; sisters-in-law:  Laura (Robert) Plude, and Cindy (Don) Hannah; brother-in-law: Alton Brewer. Funeral Services will be conducted by Pastor Chris Slosser on Wednesday, March 8, 2017, 11:00 A.M. at Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home, Beaverton, Michigan. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 7, 2017, from 5-8:00 P.M. at Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home, Beaverton, Michigan. He will be laid to rest at Beaverton City Cemetery, Beaverton, Michigan.
